As many of you know I much prefer the natural way of healing. I was on medication for so long and in log term affects completely destroy your body. I constantly research and read health books to find natural remedies to heal certain sicknesses and I have found this tea to be one of them. I will only share things with you that I find work for me in hopes they might also help you.

Why the natural way?
I truly believe in natural healing whether it be by foods or herbal teas. When I Feel myself getting sick I will always turn to my teas and healing foods before I will go to a doctor. That been said sometimes you have to go to a doctor. I drink green tea every day and then I will try get a cup of either ginger and lemon or red berry in during the day along with a chamomile or sleep easy tea at night.
Yes I drink a lot of tea but there all caffeine free. If I’m drinking regular tea or coffee it’s also caffeine free. I haven’t drunk caffeine in over three years and I will never go back to having anything with caffeine as I believe it is bad for your health. That doesn’t mean I don’t like people who do drink it, you can of course drink it if you like I just decided it wasn’t for me after I learned about my heart condition. As caffeine increases your heart rate it nearly gave me a heart attack as my heart rate was 162bpm on standing adding caffeine to that was like lighting the fuse to a bomb. My heart is now a normal rate after some natural healing but I still won’t go back to caffeine.
Where to buy and how to make it?
The lemon and ginger tea can be bought in lidl stores or you can make your own at home which is more beneficial. Squeeze ½ a lemon into water in a sauce pan, slice ¼ of ginger stalk and boil. Use a sieve to remove any of the ginger and lemon bits. Put into cup with a slice or two of lemon and drink. This is more beneficial in the morning and after dinner.
For sweetness if needed simply add some honey as honey has great healing properties and is a natural sweetener.
