Little miss make up
Welcome back to welcome if you are new.
I haven't done a illness update in a while and I haven't been great but I haven't been really bad either.
So, I had the Irish blogger agency launch in Dublin last Sunday and as you know when I go to a event I end up exhausted and in a lot of pain.
When i I was in Dublin every time I would walk my knee caps would slip out and in of place. Even though they didn't fully dislocate it was very painful. They would swell a lot when I got my back to my hotel. My hips where so painful to stand or walk and my feet burn and swell also. I didn't want the pain to ruin the event so I smiled as I always do and acted like I was fine. Well, I did keep myself full of pain meds.
On the monday in Dublin my stomach swelled. It was huge and my IBS always flare when I eat out but the food was amazing. So I walked around Dublin with a huge belly but I just looked pregnant. It's really painful because the skin is pulling so much and my bowel cramps.
I got rhe train from Dublin to Waterford and then my grandad drove me from Waterford to my house, which is nearly a hour of a drive.
I was exhausted and my legs where absolute agony when I got home. I couldn't wait to get my pjs on as my jeans where squashing my big belly.
I did have an amazing time in dublin and at the event despite the pain. I always try to put the pain aside and enjoy what I'm doing. I know I have to rest and take it easy when I do anything as my body isn't able.
Its now Friday and my stomach is still swollen. It isn't as sore right now but when it grows more after I eat it gets really sore. I used to be embarrassed of the belly and not go anywhere or where really big baggy clothes but now I don't care. I have a illness and it's me and people can say what they want, which will either be rumours of me been pregnant or that I put on weight.
I have put put on a stone I went from eight stone to nine. I have noticed my legs been a lot worse with the extra weight, so I am dieting to lose even half a stone to see will it help my legs. I am currently testing the fabuloss teatox tea in which I was kindly sent and I will have a review of it up. It is a two week teatox.
I just included a photo of the teas incase you are interested. They are all herbal and caffeine free. You have a morning boost and a nighttime cleanse. They do clear you out which I needed, as ye know I suffer from constipation. So these are amazing to detox the body. Help you lose weight and get healthy.
Here is a picture of my belly, it is horrible carrying this around and all my clothes been tight. I wouldn't care if I was pregnant but it is annoying just having a bloated belly.
At at the minute I am in bed, with my fluffy socks, fluffy hot water bottle and my teatox night time tea. I am frozen alday, I have a head cold and I can't get warm. I feel so weak alday and feel very faint. My legs are so painful, the muscles are aching like a bad flu but I don't have a flu. My legs also feel like jelly.
I have lots lots of new products to try out some I bought and some I have been sent. So I have something to keep me busy. I need to rest and let my body heal.
So thanks for reading my update.
lots of love,
Little miss make up xox.
